Itinerary:

  • Day 1 & Day 2

    15:30: Depart from the office or your hotel by Tuk-Tuk or bicycle. Visit: Khon Village to see the old temple of Luang Namtha, then head to Phieng Ngam Village. Activities: Learn about Lao whisky making, traditional weaving, blacksmithing, and bamboo basket making. Optional participation in a traditional Baci ceremony. Overnight: Stay at Tai Deang Eco-lodge.

    Next Morning: Walk around the village. Breakfast: Enjoy a local breakfast. Activities: Engage in community-based tourism activities, including natural dyeing and weaving. Visit Nam Ngaen Village to see Lao Rice Whiskey making. Visits: Phoum Pouk stupa, Luang Namtha stupa. Return: Head back to Luang Namtha town before lunch.

  • Phieng Ngam Eco-lodge:

    The eco-lodge features traditional Tai Deang Ethnic house styles with modern amenities: Room 1: 5 single beds, 2 toilets; Room 2: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 toilet; Room 3: 1 double bed, 1 toilet. All rooms include mattresses, blankets, mosquito nets, towels, and pillows. Western toilets and hot showers are provided.
