    9:00 AM: Meet at the office for introductions. Drive to the morning market for supplies, then head to the kayaking start point. Kayaking Start: After a brief tutorial on techniques and safety, paddle through calm waters. Stop 1: Visit the Lanten people at Sop Tud village, known for indigo dyeing and papermaking. Lunch: Enjoy a picnic lunch on the riverbank. Afternoon Paddle: Navigate through rapids and whitewater, surrounded by mountains. Stop 2: Visit the Khmu people before reaching Houylued village. 4-5 PM: Tuk-tuk transfer back to town.
