Itinerary:

  • Day 1: Ban Prang-Ban Nam Khouy

    09:00 AM: Briefing and departure to the morning market for food supplies. Explore Khmu culture in Ban Prang before hiking to Ban Nam Khouy. Forage for edible vegetation and prepare a jungle picnic lunch. Visit a Lahu minority village, enjoying panoramic views. Note: Limited facilities; bathing in a nearby stream.

  • Day 2: Ban Nam Khouy-Forest Camp

    Trek through Nam Ha NPA to the Jungle campsite. Forage, learn about herbs, and experience jungle survival skills. Enjoy the untouched jungle and wildlife trails. Set up camp in the ancient forest surroundings.

  • Day 3: Forest Camp-Ban Nam Ha

    Morning jungle safari and bird-watching. Trek downhill through lush valleys, stopping for a picnic lunch. Explore cardamom fields and bamboo forests. Cross Nam Ha River and return to Luang Namtha.
